Russian Flag US Flag

The Cost of the Extreme Team™ for the Extreme Dream™

And yes it will be extremely costly to undertake! Sponsors, we really do need your support. What makes this group remarkable is that each is willing to contribute so much to the project expenses of such a monumental undertaking. This will also include taking time off from work and business while still incurring expenses at home...

Definite Minimum Costs of the Extreme Dream™

It will be extremely costly to support this X-Stream Dream Team™, capable of doing such extraordinary things in the most distant and remote lands and waters... We risk life and limb to bring back what few will ever be able to see, let alone experience. We need your support to make this worthwhile and incredible, but costly endeavor possible...

Time will be the most costly....

Hi Volodia!
Few aswers on a few questions:
1. No problems with transportation kayaks and rafts on airplans, just pay money. This year we took
Dancers to Chatkal
- paid about $ 100, approximately same will be for rafts. Size of boats just should be good for
this class of rivers. All ticketing, reservations of helikopters, transport we can reserve without
problem, we do it many times a year in different parts of CIS.
2. The cost for helikopters different in different parts of country. This year in Middle Asia for
Mi-8 was $ 1200 per hour. In Krasnoyarsk- $ 1500 per hour. In Irkutsk $1600-$ 1700. That what we
know now, we will check all positions as soon you will need the budget but you can understand the
level of costs.
3. The rent of private boat for 10 people on Baikal- $ 650 per day. Hotel Angara in Irkutsk in
downtown- $ 115 doudle lux, $ 65 double regular.
4. Food. I think should bring just some snacks and power food.. Vegetables, fruites, meat, bread,
sausages,cookies etc. should buy here.
5. If you will send us the press- release about this trip we can make the promotion of trip. We
have contacts with mass media in Moskow, St. Petersburg and well known in Russia. Just remember,
some of this possible for free, but some for money.
6. Rivers. Will need the opt:$
ion in Baikal region. Few years ago we had to change the route from
Zun-Murin to Sian Oka for american group in reason the rain. The helikopters did not fly during 3
days.
You understand, of course, that in August will be very high water on Kekemeren and river will be
more difficult then usially. For Kekemeren and Sandalash- Chatkal will need also Kirgizian visa. We
will send invitation for this from our partners in Bishkek.
What about Karagem- Argut on Altai? Very good combination class 6.
All for now. Best wishes. Misha.
