Fred the Nightmare Roommate
- Taking other peoples/roommates mail.
- Throwing out other roommates mail that doesn't belong to him.
- Uses your phone and runs up the bill until you confront him about it, but you don't get paid back.
- Slow paying his share of utilities.
- Missed commitments
- Spreads his junk around the house in walkways and in the bathroom with
total disregard to his roommates.
- Sprays paint all over and gets it on the house and others cars.
- Leave old clothes and shoes around and never cleans up.
- Borrows things without asking and sometimes never returns even when confronted.
- Late paying on utilities.
- Late paying on rent.
- Don't accept checks, has criminal history of passing bad paper (Merced County, Santa Clara County).
- Will take advantage of you.
- Lacks consideration for his roommates, very selfish.
- Stores/saves incredible amounts of junk, not in his room, but in common areas, shelves, storage when he knows he shouldn't.
- Leaves things around where you can trip on them.
- Borrows your tools and lights without asking.
- Inconsiderate of neighbors
- Works suspiciously, never likes you to see what he is doing.
- Never really wants you to know where he is really working.
- Lied on rental application about working.
- Lies where he works, even when unemployed.
- Tries to get mail first so you can't get your mail since he
doen't leave it out after he gets it.
- Wasteful
- Always leaves dishes all over the place, in and out of the sink.
- Never cleans up after himself.
- Takes your dishes, pots, pans, utinsils and leaves in his room so
the rest of the house can't use them.
- Leaves dishes and chicken bones in bathroom drawers.
- Never vacuumed the house.
- Filled up the backyard with junk.
- Took his time to move stuff out, left many things around.
- Never cleaned up the room in and left it in a rentable state.
- Ate roommates' food.
- Always had to be told to clean up the kitchen after himself.
- Wasteful in the use of the oven, sometimes leaving the oven on
without anything in it.
- Taking things and claiming they were his own, especially new
items he found around the house.
